For you architecture photography buffs, there is a special opportunity at the National Cathedral in DC this month.

Here is the info from a Cathedral rep:
For one week the Cathedral will be removing all of its chairs out of the nave (just the center section, not the side aisles). It will be a beautiful and rare chance toexplore the Cathedral and to capture some pretty special photographs.  I remember when chairs were cleared out in 2007 for our centennial gala, but it’s something few visitors have seen.  We’re selling tickets for early morning access at 8:45am for photographers on two particular mornings: Tuesday 14 January and Wednesday 15 January. This will give 75 minutes of access before the building is open to the public. Tickets are $25/person, and you can find more information here (see items
