DSLR User Group on March 21st

Through our agreement with the Robinson Nature Center, the CMPG has arranged for the use of a classroom on Friday March 21st, 2014 from 7-9pm. The purpose of meeting will be to provide a mechanism whereby DSLR users can get together informally to exchange helpful information such as: camera settings/controls; techniques for shooting particular subject matter (e.g., birds-in-fight, action sports, HDR subject matter, … ); your experience with, and the benefits of, 3rd party firmware (e.g., Magic Lantern); set-up and use of Back Button Auto Focus; hands-on assistance with specific Canon DSLR models; remote control accessories such as CamRanger; … and pretty much any topic the group feels would be helpful.

If you are unfamiliar with your DSLR camera, it may help to being the manual with you.

The event is open only to current CMPG members only.
