Speaker at July Meeting is noted Frederick artist, Patricia Stockman

The speaker at our next meeting, 7 PM on the evening of July 23, is Patricia Stockman, an artist from the Frederick area who uses photographic techniques to produce wondrous and beautiful  photomontages or composite images cutting, layering and/or and joining two or more photographs into the illusion of an unreal scene.

I was first introduced to Ms. Stockman's work at the Maryland Federation of Art Show in Annapolis last month. Her technical work is faultless and the images are beautiful. This will be a good introduction to another level in photography as art.
